Eligibility & Intended Use
Products sold by Force Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research use by qualified businesses and institutions. By placing an order, you certify that you are purchasing for in-vitro research or laboratory purposes only, and not for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease. Orders
Online checkout is in progress and is not yet accepting payment. Until it launches, orders are handled by direct inquiry through our Contact page. Pricing and availability are confirmed at the time of inquiry and are subject to change. Once online checkout launches, business and institutional buyers will be required to provide an institution or business name, and first-time orders will be manually reviewed before shipment.
Resale & Human Use
Products are sold strictly for laboratory research use. Resale to individuals, repackaging for personal or consumer use, or any use in or on humans or animals is prohibited.
Right to Refuse or Cancel
Force Peptides reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including where a buyer's stated research use cannot be verified.
Buyer Indemnification
The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Force Peptides harmless from any claim, loss, or liability arising from the buyer's use, misuse, or resale of any product in violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Product Documentation
Each batch is accompanied by a third-party Certificate of Analysis documenting identity and purity. This documentation describes the material itself; it does not describe or imply any effect in humans or animals, and no claims are made regarding safety or efficacy for any use.
