Handling & Storage in Transit

Materials are packaged to preserve the stability documented on each product's Certificate of Analysis. Upon receipt, store product according to the handling instructions on the COA and your institution's or laboratory's safety protocols.

Returns

Because each unit is tied to a specific tested batch, opened or used product is not eligible for return. If a shipment arrives damaged or does not match the product and batch confirmed at the time of order, contact us promptly so we can review the issue.
